what Science says about Happiness ??



Think and tell me when you laughed at last time ? and you find any problem than note it down its time to reduce your sadness , and to find the causes of happiness. this is a fact that we waste our time only to think that what problem we have actually ? someone ditch us, these are the things to made any person angry. we need to consider only ourselves , we have to prefer positiveness upon negativity.
                                        According to pshychatrist we need to find out the causes of unhappiness and note down in a diary so that we would better know what is need to be change?
                                        Every person has different way of thinking like someone is tensed due to bank balance , someone is worried about her job, someone due to unemployement/job, weight loss, and etc. let see what science says about happiness. here is a some tips through which we learn how to live happily ? ;)
  1. Good Food: for good health we have to take good food whatever you want to eat cook and enjoy so that you feel happy :)
  2. Sleeping is necessary: our body is like a machine and for living happy take a whole night sleep. according to bussines health foundation those persons who don't complete their sleeping hours can't feel fresh whole day. so it is necessary to complete your sleeping hours to live happy.
  3. Take care of yourself: to be happy you need to take care of yourself instead of comparing yourself with the other ones. take out few minutes from ur busyiest schedule and do what ever you want to do in your leisure time like you can visit to your loved ones home, painting, listining music, and etc. which will definitly bring a change for you.
  4. Exercise:  usually if we cant find the solution of problem we become depressive and to get off exercise is necessary because when we do exercise our mind is free from a "kimyai mawad" who helps us to feel fresh due to exercise our mind and soul feel fresh which is important for us.
  5. Relationships:  according to scientists those persons who have friends and family and who share their matters with their friends and family never become a depressive man. around the world we have a lot of people who hurt intentionally or unintentionally but to forgive and to forget is the best example to be happy :)
                                 Remember in this cruel world no one is there to come and give you a happiness we have a key to get happiness by our ownselves so , unlock the lock and enter in the world of Happiness. :)
